We offer both scheduled monthly maintenance and one-off tidy-ups for properties across Western Sydney, Penrith, and surrounds.
Whether you want a regular team to keep everything in order or just need a big seasonal cleanup to get on top of things, we come with all the equipment and take all the waste with us. No truck to hire, no green waste to sort, just a property that looks like someone actually cares about it.

Initial assessment visit
We walk the property, assess what's needed, and agree on a scope, either a one-off brief or a recurring maintenance schedule.

First visit (full tidy)
The first visit typically takes longer, clearing built-up growth, mulching beds, trimming overgrown hedges. We get it back to a good baseline.

Scheduled maintenance
Monthly (or fortnightly in growing season) visits to keep everything in order. Same crew, same standard, consistent results.

Seasonal reviews
Twice a year we check in on the bigger picture, irrigation performance, fertilising schedule, any plants that need replacing or pruning hard.
Pricing guidance
One-off tidy-ups from $450/half-day; monthly packages from $280/visit
Every quote is custom. These are the main things that shape the final price:
- Property size and the volume of lawn, hedges, and garden beds
- Frequency of visits, monthly is more cost-effective per visit than ad-hoc
- Current state of the garden, neglected gardens need more time on the first visit
- Whether mulch supply is included (cost per cubic metre of mulch delivered)
- Irrigation check and adjustment complexity
- Green waste volume and disposal (included, but affects time)
Common questions about garden maintenance
What's included in a monthly maintenance package?
Every visit includes mowing, edging, blower cleanup, hedge trimming as needed, garden bed weeding, and site clean-up. Mulching, fertilising, and irrigation checks are scheduled seasonally and either included or quoted separately depending on your package.
How often should I get garden maintenance done?
In Western Sydney, monthly visits through spring and summer keep most gardens looking good. Autumn and winter you can often stretch to every 6–8 weeks. If you have a large lawn or fast-growing hedges, fortnightly mowing through the growing season makes a real difference.
What's the difference in cost between one-off and recurring?
One-off visits cost more per session because there's more to catch up on and no ongoing commitment. A monthly maintenance agreement works out cheaper per visit and keeps the garden in a state where each visit is shorter, it compounds over time.
Do you bring all your own equipment?
Yes, we arrive with mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, and all hand tools. We bring mulch when it's included in scope. You don't need to supply or store anything.
What about irrigation systems?
We check irrigation heads for blockages, coverage, and alignment as part of our seasonal service. If you need a new system installed or a major repair, we quote that separately, it's a different scope to maintenance.
